second in command

I whould like to formaly aply for the possition of second in command

my aims if i was to become second in command whould be to build up our newer/ weaker members buy giving them 50.000 res of there desire if they have improved by the larges % in that week

the reson i will do it by % is so that it is fair.

i whould also like to bulid the popualtion of out aliance as we are already a strong aliance but we can and will be stronger.
